Jacquie Drake
Director UK and North America
Jacquie is a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management where, until recently, she was Director of The Praxis Centre which focuses on the personal development of managers and leaders. After 25 years on the faculty at Cranfield, she is now Professor of Communications and Organisational Behaviour at CIIM. With degrees in Economic History (BA), Business (MBA) and Management Development (PhD), she has done much innovative and pioneering work in the field, introducing psychotherapeutic practices and arts-based management development into the business world.

Jon Chapman
Director United Kingdom
Jon had careers as a management consultant and as Chief Executive of a technology manufacturing business before focusing on the world of leadership and personal development. He has a degree in History, an MBA and most recently qualified as a Certified Pesso-Boyden Therapist in body-mind psychology. His main areas of interest are resilience, authenticity and the mythic imagination. He is also a painter and a writer of fiction. He is a Visiting Fellow at the Cranfield School of Management, and lives in Cambridge, UK.

Victor Bischoff
Director Continental Europe
Victor is a Creative Consultant and Coach. He has a degree in Education and is a trained actor, Yoga-Meditation teacher and Breath therapist. He has worked with a holistic approach in Personal and Organisational Development for over 20 years in both the corporate and public sectors. He led a Holistic Health Center in Florence, Italy, and worked for the Industrial Society and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. He is a Visting Tutor at Cranfield School of Management. Victor teaches fluently in four languages.

Andrew Hillary

Andrew has worked as a broadcaster in radio and television and as a creative director with a number of large mar-coms agencies. He has a degree in communication studies and was managing director of a group of communications agencies. He designs internal communication programmes to support change and business transformation and has considerable production experience across a wide range of media and face to face communications.
